In addition, we are able to arrange Gas Safety Checks, Electrical Installation Condition Reports and Energy Performance Certificates. Then, a full inventory and schedule of conditions can also be provided, including specific instructions in regards to your property. Alongside this, if you require, we are able to handle your rent collection and arrange for your tenant’s deposit to be registered with our deposit scheme. Going even further, our inspection reports also offer the peace of mind that your property is inspected on a regular basis, ensuring that your tenant is looking after your property and that there are no surprises at the end.
