Also, we will organise the Tenancy Agreement and all the necessary paperwork to ensure you are compliant with the current legislation.

In addition, we are able to arrange Gas Safety Checks, Electrical Installation Condition Reports and Energy Performance Certificates. Then, a full inventory and schedule of conditions can also be provided, including specific instructions in regards to your property. Alongside this, if you require, we are able to handle your rent collection and arrange for your tenant’s deposit to be registered with our deposit scheme. Going even further, our inspection reports also offer the peace of mind that your property is inspected on a regular basis, ensuring that your tenant is looking after your property and that there are no surprises at the end. If needed, our agents will help and guide you on how to stage your property prior they come and take a photoshoot, to allow your property to be shown in its best condition.
